The "Real" World
Buried in the safety of her blog, Leslie never had to face the outside world. She was happy there. Her friends were always around, ready to chat at any time. She could say whatever she wanted and not get reprimanded for it. She could break out of her shell and no one would know the difference. She could be the person she never could be on the outside world, the real world. But the outside world wasn't reality for her. No, the real world, our world, that was the lie. Her blog - now that was the real world, her world. She was only happy when the keys were under her fingers, the glare of her laptop reflecting the closed door of her room.
At least she thought she was happy. She had everything she needed, or ever wanted. She had friends, a place to write her thoughts, people who would listen, and a boy. . . the boy. Oh, what a boy. He was absolutely perfect; almost as perfect as her internet disguise. He was funny, charming, knew exactly what to say at the right time. He knew how to make her smile, to pick her up when she was scrapping the bottom of the barrel for even the littlest bit of sympathy. He understand her problems, especially the ones with her parents. She felt like he was right there with her, feeling her pain, relating to how she felt in every minute detail. She was falling completely in love with this boy, and when he asked to meet her in person, she never thought twice about it.
Leslie has been missing for 3 months now.

Well THAT'S depressing >_<
I was actually writing about "in a maze of grey" - the title of a deviation i came across today on deviantart. It turned out a WHOLE lot different than I thought it would o_O as some things tend to do.
Anyways, this is completely FICTIONAL, so don't go out looking for some girl named Leslie who disappeared. And I know this does happen in real life, but never to someone I actually know. Sorry if this offends anyone.
